10 Indian Startups in WEF Tech Pioneer List

The World Economic Forum annually lists 100 pioneering tech startups. This year, 10 Indian companies found their place, many of whom are in the sustainability space.

The World Economic Forum has announced its 2025 cohort of Technology Pioneers, recognizing 100 early-stage companies driving innovation across various industries. This year’s list includes 10 Indian startups, with a notable focus on space-tech and deep tech companies. The selected companies will participate in WEF events, including the Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Tianjin, China.

10 Indian companies were selected, including Agnikul (space launch), CynLr (robotics), Dezy (AI-powered dental diagnostics), Digantara (space surveillance), Equal (data sharing), Exponent Energy (EV charging), Freight Tiger (freight network), GalaxEye (Earth observation), SolarSquare (solar energy), and The ePlane Co. (flying taxis).

Focus on Sustainability and Impact

The list features companies working on sustainable solutions, such as Exponent Energy’s rapid EV charging and SolarSquare’s residential solar systems.

The selected companies will participate in WEF events, contributing to discussions on digital trust, data privacy, financial inclusion, and other key global challenges.Past Technology Pioneers include Google, Dropbox, PayPal, and SoundCloud, demonstrating the program’s role in launching successful global companies
