Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) announced that it has been recognized in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) 2024, a globally renowned benchmark for corporate sustainability. DJSI evaluates companies across stringent economic, environmental, and social responsibility criteria, with over 13,000 companies assessed by S&P Global this year.
GCPL has achieved two significant milestones:
- DJSI Leadership for the Emerging Markets Category
- A debut on the DJSI World Index for Consumer Goods companies, ranking among the top 3 global FMCG companies for sustainability.
