BCT Ventures, a consumer brands platform that is AI-native across the value chain of insights gathering, product development and go-to-market, today announced its official launch and an INR 42 crore seed investment led by 3one4 Capital.
Founded by Kashyap Vadapalli, KV Ravi Shekhar and Anubhav Sonthalia, the Company brings together consumer brand-building, digital growth, audience scaling, M&A experience and a successful venture exit. The founding team has built and scaled technology-led businesses across Google, eBay, Pepperfry, Doubtnut, Vedantu, WPP, Sokrati and Dentsu.
The company will start with nutrition and wellness, using Nucleus, Resonance and Meridian, its three proprietary AI engines, to build scalable and profitable consumer brands around protocol-led products, owned practitioner audiences and AI-led growth systems. Over time, the company plans to apply the same operating thesis to other underserved consumer categories where trusted education, product depth and repeatable growth infrastructure can create category-leading brands.
India’s nutrition and wellness market is shifting to preventive care, with urban consumers moving from generic SKUs to practitioner-backed, protocol-led solutions. BCT Ventures will begin in this underbuilt category, where consumers are paying a premium for longevity, prevention and performance.
The platform is powered by three proprietary engines, Together, these engines, a company press note states, will create a closed-loop platform.
- Resonance, the Trust and Attention Engine, uses practitioner-led content and AI workflows to build owned audiences and identify emerging consumer needs.
- Nucleus, the Product Engine, converts practitioner expertise, audience demand signals and AI-led whitespace mapping into protocol-first products.
- Meridian, the Performance Marketing Engine, uses AI to compress creative testing, media buying, budget allocation and RoAS optimisation
