Presented by M3M Foundation and organised by The CSR Universe, CASCA 2025 is a leading platform bringing together global leaders, experts, and changemakers to drive climate action under the theme “Driving Sustainable Transformation for a Resilient and Inclusive Future.”

Green Practices was celebrated for its impact-driven waste management model adopted by bulk generators, housing societies, and corporates across Mumbai, helping reduce landfill loads while strengthening community-led systems.

“Sustainability often takes shape in the background, in systems, habits, and quiet shifts,” said Mana Shah, founder of Green Practices. “Being recognised at CASCA 2025 is a reminder that this kind of work matters, and that long-term thinking does find its place in the larger conversation.”

The CASCA Awards honour organisations making measurable contributions to climate and sustainability goals. For Green Practices, the recognition marks a key milestone in its mission to reimagine everyday waste as part of a larger environmental solution.

Founded in 2010 by Ms. Mana Shah, Green Practices offers urban waste management solutions that ensures waste is handled responsibly, from collection and segregation to composting, recycling, and upcycling.

By working closely with businesses, communities, and municipal bodies, Green Practices is driving a movement toward sustainable urban living, where waste is not discarded but transformed into a resource. By making waste work for the city, not against it, Green Practices is setting new standards for smarter, cleaner, and more responsible waste management.
